Had a GREAT time. Stayed for 1 night in this incredibly beautiful and peaceful place, appreciated that. Polite and welcoming staff, everything was nice. The location was particularly good, close to the jungle as well as restaurants, in a nice enough area. Also, it was 2 km from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth.

This place is conveniently located near the capital and close to Manuel Antonio Park and Sunset cruises. the staff here are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always greeting you with a smile. 😊.

The breakfast is delicious with good waffles, pancakes, has everything you need. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with the balcony, comfortable beds plus personal patio and care about everyone.

Location: the hotel was just off the adventure park, and the beaches, jungles, or city. Also, it was just a 5-minute stroll from Neo Fauna cr Zoo, that was a big plus.

We were really impressed with the stunning view from our family room. The bathroom was clean, and the walk-in shower worked great with good drainage. 🌄.

The facilities were wonderful - new and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our family with 2 small kids. The pool was conveniently located close to all the rooms. The small kitchen on the outer deck of the rooms had everything we needed. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including traditional favorites like waffles and omelettes. The staff, especially the front desk and breakfast staff, were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel also had a great selection of tours and a convenient food delivery service.

Felt almost like at home, no reason to complain.

Our room had a stunning view of the pool and was spacious and well-furnished. The location outside of Jaco made for a peaceful and quiet environment with wildlife nearby. Milton greeted us warmly and provided helpful information. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. a great experience!

The hotel is in a gorgeous area. the accommodation is quirky, the pool is clean, and the beds are comfortable. the location is peaceful for walking around Neo Fauna or the zoo. the room is fairly quiet and fancy, and the staff is very friendly.
